The Ocean Deck Bar & Restaurant is set on the Esplanade in the traditional seaside town of Sandown, Isle of Wight. It boasts panoramic coastal views across the English Channel and is the perfect place to eat, drink and relax.
Your hosts, Alan Staley - Head Chef, and his wife, Hayley, are the owners of the Ocean Deck Bar & Restaurant. Between them they have a wealth of experience in the catering and hospitality industry, including fine dining, luxury private catering, chic cafes, bars and brasseries.
Their vision is to use their extensive knowledge to create a dining experience that focuses on excellent, traditional food served in a friendly, unpretentious environment using the freshest ingredients, sourced as close to home as possible.
Whether you choose a three-course meal, a sandwich, an ice-cold beer or a bottle of wine to enjoy out on the deck, a friendly welcome will greet you at this modern, family run, nautical-themed bar and restaurant.

As an experienced Chef, Alan knows that excellent food requires the best ingredients; so to guarantee the food served at The Ocean Deck is always fresh and of the highest quality, Alan and his team have carefully chosen a number of local suppliers to work with, ensuring the menu includes a wide variety of quality ingredients grown or created on this beautiful Island.
